Delivery Times:  Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
